Seat Selection Terms and Agreement

By providing a credit card to the 2016 World Championships, LLC (Seller) to purchase a ticket(s) for the 2016 ISU World Figure Skating Championships to be held at the TD Garden in Boston, Massachusetts on March 28 through April 3, 2016, Buyer understands and agrees that Seller will attempt to fulfill all seating requests, but cannot guarantee Buyer any specific seat assignment (Seat Assignment). Buyer also understands and agrees that it is allowed to a request a Seat Assignment change (Seat Assignment Change) one time only. All requests for a Seat Assignment Change (Seat Assignment Change Request) must be made in writing to Seller at Andrew@worlds2016.com within ten business days from the date the Seller notifies Buyer of its Seat Assignment (Seat Assignment Notification). Seller may not consider a Seat Assignment Change Request if the request is not made within ten (10) business days of the Seat Assignment Notification.

If Buyer’s Seat Assignment Change Request to exchange seats for a seating section of a higher price is approved by Seller, Buyer understands that such approval is conditional and will not become effective until Buyer pays the Seller the difference between the price of the original and the newly assigned seats (Upgrade Charge). If Buyer does not pay Seller the Upgrade Charge within three (3) business days after receiving approval, then Buyer’s Seat Assignment Change Request will be considered denied and Buyer forfeits the ability to make any further Seat Assignment Change Requests. If Buyer’s Seat Assignment Change Request to exchange seats for a seating section of a lower price is granted by Seller, Buyer understands that it will not receive a rebate from the Seller on the difference between the price of the original and the newly assigned seats.

Seller will attempt to accommodate Buyer’s requests for a specific Seat Assignment and/or Seat Assignment Change Request. However, Seller cannot guarantee that a specific Seat Assignment or Seat Assignment Change Request will be fulfilled. After either: a) Seller makes and is either denied or granted a Seat Assignment or a Seat Assignment Change Request; or b) Buyer has not made a Seat Assignment Change Request within ten business days of the original Seat Assignment Notification, then Buyer agrees and accepts that the Seat Assignment or the New Seat Assignment is final (Final Seat Assignment), regardless of where the Final Seat Assignment is located, and that the Final Seat Assignment will not be changed for any reason. Buyer understands and agrees that by making this payment to Seller that the ticket sale is final and that no refunds will be given at any time or for any reason.
